Is there anything you can't engrave onto?
We can engrave onto most materials and surfaces - including glass. If you are unsure if your product is suitable for engraving, please contact us for advice. Click here to view some engraved samples.
How do I place an order?
So that we can process your order efficiently, we will need the following information:
- Your contact details
- A full product description, stock supplier and product code
- Logo name
- Type of engraving, i.e. laser, diamond, etc
- Delivery address
- Delivery date

Could anything delay my order?
If all the relevant information we require is delayed, this can affect your delivery date. We will contact you if we require further information.
What is your normal lead time for delivery?
Our standard lead time is 7-10 days. If it is likely to take longer, we will contact you.
What type of delivery services do you use?
We despatch goods to UK addresses on a nextday service. If you would like another type of delivery service, or delivery outside the UK, please let us know with your order.
Can I collect my goods from you, or use my own carriers?
Yes. Please let us know if you would like to do this when placing your order.
What payment options do you have available?
You can pay by either cheque or bacs payment.
